The Rockford are 8 ohm as well

my sub is a 4 ohm with a focal1 amp and I use a polk db 840 4 ohm this all tied into the stock amp.
can't get anything but the stock 16 ohm sub so I use a different amp for the sub.

guy
all speaker in our cars are 8 ohm and 16 ohm sub. if you want to use a different speaker for the sub you must use a sub amp for the sub. or change your system.

What is a good replacement sub? I did not pull the rear seat upper out but could see a pile of black foamish stuff under where the sub is, so it is time.

I use the 8" polk db 840 ohm perfect fit but you must use another amp tied into your stock amp.

I know that this car was originally in Dallas, Texas. Here is what I found in the trunk.
