Just a follow up big thank you to WIL44(Steve), for the informations and tips provided. I finally finish the studs replacement on my car. A little side note, I knew my front driver side has after market studs on it, I later found out they are not the Lexus OEM hub so I can't use the studs I bought. The studs are the Honda/Acura size and I had to order 5 different ones for it.
The rear studs are actually pretty easy to get in once you know the trick, and Steve's photos are really a great help.
I end up using 10mm front and 15mm rear and the car looks pretty fair to me. Once I have the car clean up I will post some pictures for you guys' approval.

Glad to hear my tips were useful bb430 and you completed the job without too much trouble.

Look forward to seeing your photo's.

Best regards
