audio system replacement
I have read quite a bit on the Beatsonic MVa-12L interface to a new audio/video system for the SC430-2002. I have seen manuals and videos about it and it is quite nice.
the thing I noticed is that the original audio system on the SC430-2002 is a Pioneer. my question is the following:
what if I want to change my audio system with a new one that will look good and sound good. probably a DVD player in order to fill the volume used by the original audio system. A CD player would only fill that volume partially leaving an ugly gap that would be difficult to hide.
- in such a case, do I need the Beatsonic interface or can I install the new system directly??
- if I can do without the beatsonic, do Ii need to cut any wires to link the new system or will I be able to use the original connectors??
- will the steering controls still works??
- what brands/models have been tested and are known to work as replacement of the original audio system??
- as a last resort, is it possible to install the audio system of a more recent model (i.e. SC430 model 2008) onto the SC430 mod 2002???
