Default Bluetooth question

I just bought a 206 sc430. Is Bluetooth standard, it seemed to me it is, but am disappointed to find mine doesn't have it

It is an 06, that's what has me confused. There are no phone controls inside, and I went thru the manual and there's no mention of Bluetooth anywhere?

Does the steering column, left side, have the volume and on/off hook switch? The other contols are integrated with the NAV system
