You can get all the new components and they will fit, but $1100 wouldn't be anything close to for everything you need. According to Sewell's online site the right headlamp alone is about $850, front bumper cover which changed with the 06 model year is another $300 unpainted, and the grille another $200 and that doesn't count the trim pieces. Think you'd be into about $2500~3K for all parts, taxes, shipping etc etc

Sorry to hear about that Turboo. Having first hand experience, it is a drag to have the SC messed up in an accident. I hope you were all right.

If I were you, I'd get quotes and go back to the insurance co because I agree with VVTiBob, it will be way more than $1100US.

all that shoulda been over 1100. hopefully your deductible was 500. even so 02-05 bumper + paint, headlight, and grill should be around the 2k mark in prices. unless your deductible was 1k. you're gonna have to put some money in yourself to do the conversion. everything will fit. theres a thread that shows what you need to make the headlights work.

I heard you can do just the lights though and the fitment wont be 100% but thats an option if you want to get the rest of the peices down the line when you have more $$

On another note (not to highjack) can I add those chrome trim peices from the 06 fogs on an 04 bumper?

for $850 per oem headlight, u might as well get the LED clear corners one. they sell both for $1800 and look 100% nicer. Add $500 and you can get it color matched to your car. sry if its too late for my input, just saw the thread lol

You will need D4S HID bulbs, and turn signal plugs part # 90980-11020

you only need to switch out the headlamp motors.
06+ afs won't work on your 02-05, the harness is different.

you also need d4s hid bulbs, signal light bulbs and signal light plugs.
the only things you can reuse from your old 02-05 headlights are two headlamp motors and two 168 bulbs assuming all of them are usa specs.

The first 06+ headlight conversion thread should give you a good start.
I think you got the rest of the links others have posted above.
