Thanks to the kind folks that offered advice about resetting the ECU.
Disconnected the battery. Looked around and noticed a pile of leaves in every nook and cranny around the battery. Took the battery out and then removed the battery tray. What do I find at the bottom of the battery tray? Water and gunk!!! Seems as though the tray has a small drain hole the plugs VERY easily. I'm going to drill out this hole and replace the screw that was rusted pretty badly because of the sitting water. Good idea to check this periodically.
