Default Keeping the Battery Charged while Parked

Does anybody use a battery tender to keep the battery charged while parked, so that the battery doesn't die out!

which battery are you referring to? i don't think you can charge the hybrid (traction) battery; you could charge the regular battery if it doesn't seem to hold the charge (but if that's the case, you would be better off to replace it with a new one)

sorry yeah the 12V battery is the one I'm speaking about, since I heard it usually dies unless you keep driving it every week. Cause I want to keep the Panasonic battery!

i don't think you have to worry about it; i have parked my car for a month without driving and i had no problems whatsoever.

I agree that you don't have to worry about it. With that being said, I do use a Battery Tender on it once every couple of weeks and have had no issues.

I am curious how your batteries have “no problems whatsoever.” My two-year battery (non-hybrid) has been replaced twice this year. Did you still use them on the 2008 Lexus GS450h and 2010 Lexus RX450h? It is amazing.
