Caliper painting and decal
Lazy Saturday afternoon, still too hot to drop the drop, darnot10 sent me his decals so I painted my calipers (selective only) and now the decals are installed. I used the straight decals.
I must recommend getting the curved stickers. They will look nicer.
Used black high temp paint. 3 coats, used a hair dyer in between coats. Not too bad, took me 1.5 hrs to do.

Thanks darnot10 for the stickers. Go get the curved ones.
The stickers are in there pretty solid, I do not think they will peel off.
One day I will paint the whole calipers. Some day.

Take your time to mask.
Here's how I did mine. Of course would have been nicer of the whole caliper were painted. I felt lazy today.

darnot10 bought his @ xenonmods and I got mine at fleabay. Mine was an ISF decal and was a bit more than xenonmods.

Crazy! I went back and checked the second order and I did order the 'arched text' set....so I don't know what happened on the first set but I did check the paypal details and apparently I didn't select the arched text on the first set.....wished I would have known better. Anyway, sorry about that but your wife's car sure looks good!! hehe

I used the OVEN paint, Krylon and Ace Hardware. It is Satin Black. Highly resistant to wear and heat. It is used to paint grilles, ovens, I will post a pic.
