i know you need a lil restriction to get proper backpressure for torque but idk how much or any relative info. i would think a stock engine would flow better on the slightly smaller 2.25 than the larger but let see what the pros say.

I agree, I was worried about the back pressure situation with a 2.5". I was hoping a pro can chime in and let me know if 2.5" would be okay or I should back down to 2.25".
