Has anyone changed the light color of their scuff plates? I'm not really feeling the yellow light. I have a red/ecru and was thinking about changing the light color to red if possible.
I would expect you could place a piece of lighting gel behind the lettering to get the color you want. It comes in large sheets and can be easily cut to size. Check at your local theater lighting supply company for lighting filters by Lee or Rosco. You can also often pick up free swatch books with all the colors you could possibly want before buying the big sheet.

Totally not feeling the yellow; knew it the first time I saw it. Want the blue from the Neiman-Marcus Edition. If someone mods this, let us know your results. Like the suggestion, btw.
