Yep, my mods are two different set of wheels. I have 18" 10 spoke chromes off the IS 350 as well as 20" Mayas (also chrome). Also have back-up camera, audio-video jacks for playing DVD's. Even added extra wood inserts inside as well as the lexus spare tire kit. BUT nothing is better than luxlink, the remote start and top that uses the key fob as wel as a double touch to the top button, so you don't have to continually hold it down. It was instaled in June of 2008 and still love it.
I finally tried for the first time ever to put a video on the computer and youtube. Forgive my poor quality of the video, in that I am brand new at this. You'll get the idea of how this works. Here is the video...

May i ask what you used toget a back up camera? And also the double tap to open the top without having to hold the button??? Is that a luxlink feature?

 

How much is LuxLink and who installs them...I love it!

 

I do use Vaistech and Navtool for both the camera and audio-video jacks. The luxlink allows the double click on the top open/closet button so you don't have to hold the button down while the top opens or closes. I didn't mention this before but you can also use luxlink to remote start the SC without operating the top.

Another option you can get from Luxlink (more $$) which I also had steve install is the rear window mod. If you press the drivers window switch 3x the rear windows will go up/down independent of the roof. Thats another great thing about Luxlink, it utilizes all oem equipment such as drivers window switch, roof button, and oem remote.

Independent rear windows are something I've always wanted. When it's mid 60's, it'd be nice to have the all the windows up, not just the front two.

GUILTY!! BTW, I plan on buying 2 more. One for my next SC and a second as a backup. I plan on SC's for the rest of my life and don't want to be caught w/o the Luxlink.

Now that's the MOD I want. The QTR windows, for it to be on demand.

Maybe we can add a manual SW via a separate power feed to energize the qtr window motor?

Alas, now they don't even make the car anymore or the luxlink. What's with these people anyway? I guess bigger and better.
