I have an 04 PB (light blue, ecru, black wood) and there is another one sitting in a driveway that I pass every day coming home from work (in MD suburb outside of DC). Once I passed it on the road. Always tempted to drive up, knock on the door and say Hi esp. when I first spotted it, but haven't - not sure if owner would be as excited as I am!!

I don't see that many SCs period so when I do I wave. But have yet to see another 04 PB on the road - except that one.

This modification is so right. Congratulations to an incredibly good looking car.

We've had two 04 PB's here in the Dallas area the last couple of years. One at Park Place Lexus and the other at a wholesaler. I was stunned to see the blue wheels and how nice the black birdseye maple wood is!! Gorgeous interior. Do some searches on 04 PB's I've posted pics. I've got about 20 different 04 PB's in my library. Toyota Reference has some as well.

I was thinking about making my own PB luggage by purchasing these:

You can buy Lexus iron-on patches all day long. Can't find any PB patches though...

You can buy those here for $100. I think the person that own that company posted it here once. I'm not sure if the free ship code still works but it's PPFREESHIP

Nice thread scdroptop

It is such a shame that the UK did not seem to get any special edition models.

Some great cars there.

Thanks! It is a shame. The only SE models overseas are the Carolina Herrera in Spain and the Eternal Jewel in Japan. I was informed from a Canadian member that the Pebble Beach was available up there.

Just picked up an 05 PB. Thought about a few mods but can't get myself to do it as it will only hurt it's value.

You bought the car to drive and enjoy. The value that will be hurt is depreciation. I have same year and I made it mine by adding the mods. Most of the time when you go to sell your car its hard to get someone else to pay more for it because of the mods but it gives you a leg up on the other cars that dont have them. If i were in the market for a used 2005 sc430 say 5 years from now I sure would like to have the mods . Go ahead mod it out and enjoy it

A lady friend of mine bought/owns '06 PB edition Tigereye directly from the Pebble Beach Co... she is a member of the Pebble Beach Yacht and Country Club. I need to ask her if it is #1.
