My threshold is maybe deeper than electric blue - it glows blue and is pretty vivid in the dark. If someone has a pic of the NM you are talking about I can tell you if mine is like that. It does pop.

Rustito- did you do away with your blue wheels or is the cap offset color?

The pie plates were removed. You can't really tell from the pic but the outer part of the wheel and about halfway in is colored blue to match the car - but ofcourse it looks a bit more metallic because it is on the wheels. The center half of the spokes and cap is silver. I took this pic right after I got the car but about 1 yr. later I had the wheels done (some very minor rim rash in a couple of places) and at that time I had the color restored on the wheels. It tends to fade slightly over time (but is very hard to capture in a picture because it is subtle). I think only a couple other PB editions have color tint on the wheels - forgot what years that was but maybe people who own PB editions can weigh in on this. For my color the tinted wheels are very nice and doesn't have a "painted" look. The light metallic blue blends well with the silver wheels and like I said, is subtle but you can tell it is there (just deosn't pick up well in pics).

Default Service Requirements

My 2005 PB will be 6 years old next month, and I have about 9,000 total miles. I now put on about 1,200 miles each year, and wonder what service I should have with such low milage.

scdroptop:

Anyway we can find out what number our individual PB is out of? I know there were 300 2009 PB made but I'm curious where in that 300 is mine made.

Like x out of 300.

As a Texan, I believe that this beautiful car should live near to the NM mothership in Dallas, and I would be happy to provide a nice garage space for it should you choose to do so! I'd even be happy to drive it to NM for you wo let it visit

Just an offer...lol

I believe that several digits in the VIN designates the number of your car, e.g., 200th made out of whatever. The 2004 PB had 400 made and at one time I think I figured out where mine was in the line-up from the VIN. Each digit in VIN means something!!

Ohhhhhh I'm going to check mine out ASAP and see what number it is. I'm hoping # 1

Nice tips, guys!!! Thanks!

We have 2-3 NM Editions and the Thundercloud is so beautiful in person against the pimento leather. The drop, wheels and kit Viet has on his just enchances a beautiful car even more. Love the "godfather" of all SC's....the NM!

oops.. it is under the vin # for m PB'09. The vin number should be above your tire pressure information sticker on the driver's side.

I hope that's not it because on mine it says 965 I even checked the underneath the driver side door by the door handle and it matches.
