Ok..here is a tech question. On a SC we are looking at, the GPS door will not close, in the trunk. The screen reads.."close the door". But the button in the back does not close it..
Any ideas? Anyone have this problem before..?

Katy: I had a similar issue when I loaded the new DVD. The screen said "close the door" but I thought I had closed the door since I had replaced the lid. How I fixed it was flipping this switch to the right....the switch in the picture needs to be on the right side.
