Door Problem
Hi, family
I have such problem. When I'm pushing locked door from inside, door buttons unlocks, dome lights coming on and open door sign also coming on=( This is annoying, because sometimes on U turns when im sliding to the door this happens. What s the problem?

Note: In the family we have RX300, SC400 and a GS400 but not the model same as yours. So what I state here would most probably right but I am not 100% sure.
The door catch is a two stage catch (almost like double safety).
When you swing the door close with less force you get to the first catch stage. You can visually see the door not make a perfect seal (there will be a gap). At this stage the door ajar, dome light will show the door as not close, but if you push the door out from inside it will not swing open.
If you swing the door shut with more force or push it (pulling from inside usually does not work) with your but from outside you get to the second stage (normal door close position). This is where the door forms a good seal and with appropriate delay the door ajar and dome light turns off.
So the two things involved are the door catch mechanism and door ajar sensor. For Lexus they are all in one unit (it also includes the door lock actuator).
What you need to do is ask an assistant to sit inside and close the door with force to get to the stage2. Confirm by feel that the door does not have the gap and the dome light has turned off. Now ask the assistant to push the door out from inside (duplicate the slide action you mentioned). Once the dome light turns on stop and feel from the outside if the door has actually moved out to stage1.
If yes: then you need to adjust the door hook and or look for damaged door seal.[body shop]
If No: then either the wire to the door actuator has gone bad or the door catch assembly needs to be replaced.

That should make it easier to debug.
Open the door panel in stages and check at each stage if the switch-like-action is still there. I am suspecting a loose connector or a pinched wire.
Did any one work on the insides of the door?

I test drove an 04 RX 330 today with 123k. The drivers door open sensor kept going off. It would disappear for a few seconds and then start dinging.
Clearly the sensor is bad or the door needed adjustment. The owner just shrugged. Timing belt wasn't done. VSC light and check engine light was on. This one was a "just walk away" test drive.
