That is the whole point of partially dropping the front bumper.

I didn't disconnect the headlight washers and foglights.
They still attatched to the front bumper while I was removing both headlights for light bulb change.

Alright, I'm forced to ask...how the heck do you remove the wheel well lining? haha I want to see if I can reach the parking light bulb from inside the wheel well. I was prying, pushing, and pulling and I couldn't break it free. Is there a special way to get those fasteners off? Or a special tool I need? I was tempted to break them all lol

Did you remove the five (5) screws?

The bumper cover has six (6) screws and four (4) clips.

Thanks Bob, I got it off and was able to change the parking light to an LED. It was a very very tight squeeze. I was also able to get to the side marker light and remove the bulb. I don't like it lit up. Anyways, I actually ended up removing like 11 screws all together to get the wheel well fender off enough so I could fit my hand in lol
