Taking off front bumper
There are 3 screws between the headlights as wella as screws underneath the bumper attaching it to the panel underneath. Once all those are out you will need to take out the screws holding the plastic inside the fender. Now the fun part. There are two nuts behind the headlights that you will have to remove by getting an ratchet and an extension. I believe they are 10mm. Might be 12 though. Once you get the plastic pulled down you should be able to get a flashlight and look to see what I am talking bout. Not bad at all. I have taken mine off countless times and it takes only a few minutes to do it.
edit: I think you may have to remove the headlights to access some screws under there. I have left out some of the screws to make it easier for mine so i don't remember if they help hold or not...I just know some are there.

Thanks for the info! I know this is a long shot, but would you be able to take pics of these areas? thanks
take mine off all the time the bumper..... headlights come off first...... then the screws under the headlights for the bumper... then you'll find more on the fenders....
also bolts for headlights are behind the fenders too.... and there 12mm

If you need the pics before like saturday or sunday then I will not be able to help you there. I just drove to alabama and I will not be back to South Carolina until Friday night. If one of my family members has a digital camera I may be able to squeeze a couple of pics for ya. If I don't post back tomorrow with the pics then I couldn't get a camera. Later
