Don't mind the guys having a little fun at your expense.

However, the question you ask kind of begs for a little bit of ribbing.
When it comes to outfitting a turbo onto a car that's normally aspirated (doesn't have a turbo to begin with), if you have to ask questions about it (like how to do it, how much it'll cost, parts list, etc), you don't have the technical knowledge to attempt it.
I don't mean that as any kind of an insult.
I understand the basics of how a turbo works. I understand the fundamental difference between a turbo and a supercharger...and I know the similarities...and I would NEVER even CONSIDER trying to add a turbo to my car. Not because I don't want one, want the power, or don't have the money...I don't have the detailed knowledge...I don't have the skill.
There are a few turbo kits available...a very few...for some of the more common engines. The kit provides every little piece you will need (and there are A LOT of little pieces to make it work properly) and step-by-step instructions on how to do it.
The SC430 is a fairly low-production car...and it's not really a "tuner car" so, there simply is no such kit for our cars. Every turbocharged SC430 on the road was one-of-a-kind built, by someone who's retrofitted turbos many times before.

Yea.. i figured.. i would be in way over my head if i tried to get that.. since i had a hard time fixing the trunk struts.. i just wanted to ask anyway
But you know what they say, "You got to pay to play."
Stick to the easier stuff, like intake/header/exhaust. I think you'll be satisfied with the amount of performance those three alone will provide.
