So the Cruise control light started to blink and there is no functionality on the cruise control What could this be? Fuse? Should i reset the Computer. Please advice...

Quick Google search says that this is how the Cruise Control reports an error condition. Sounds like you'll have to take it in to the dealer or get the error code. One post I saw says this could be the cruise control activator at $1,456.73. Let's hope not!!

 

I read the same thing.. but.. fortunately when i got out of office the cruise light didn't blink and the cruise control is functioning as promised Whata Glitch!!! Hopefully it won't do it again.

This happened once to me (so far), I put the car into Snow mode (the road were wet and had sleet on them), then I cycled it through Power ECT mode, and after that I noticed the Cruise light would flash when I try to turn cruise on. Turning the engine off and immediately back on did not seem to solve the problem. The problem did not seem to reappear later that day.

Maybe it had something to do with the snow on the ground...

 

I had same problem today - messing with the VSC buttons, and then Cruise began to flash.

Switched off and on - then fine.

Sounds like an 'undocumented feature' to me....

 

It's documented in your owner's manual around page 208 or so. Means the cruise is having a hiccup... Turn it off, then try turning it back on ..personally I'd also add shutting down the car for an electonics reboot. If it still blinks after that it's time to pull the DTC to see what's going on.
