Default '07 pricing

If anyone has recently purchased an 07 I'd be curious as to the deals out there now. I am wondering how close to invoice you can get, especially since the 08's are slowly coming in. Is it realistic to think you can get a new 07 under 60k?
Thanks for any help.

I dont know about under 60k but I do know that here in South Florida you can pick up a new 07 for 60k plus tax.

it depends on how many 07 your dealership still has too. if they have 1 or 2 left, you will get a deal but maybe not killer

The key is to find a slightly used one and let the first owner take the first 15k of depreciation. I just bought an 06 on ebay with 250 miles and paid $52000. There is little reason to buy new when there are so many under 5000 mile cars out there.

250 miles!! Awesome!

I agreed, especially a Lexus that has zero problems.

I agree! I'm seeing more and more "higher-end" cars on the market like this - maybe a year old with low (or relatively low) miles on the odometer. After purchasing my last 2 cars that were a year old, low miles, CPO-ed by the dealer and saving a great deal of money in the process, I cannot see myself purchasing "new" again. With cars like this the only "loss" is the "new car" designation.

Picking up an 06 Black on Black, owner of the dealership has driven for 16k. Paid 26k plus my 03 SC Egypt Sand/Saddle with 72k. I will be first titled owner and there is a 5yr/100k Lexus transferable warranty included. Swapping my Conti non r/f and driving off Monday morning. Thanks for the advice. Be hangin around you guys for awhile still

We have a smart group here -- that's what I did also. I even tracked down the original owner before I bought the car (unbeknownst to the dealer). She was some trophy wife who worked (volunteer) at a church. She had the car for several months but said she felt "too small" in it compared to the trucks on the road. So she got rid of it and bought a Hummer!!!
