the '07s have a sharkfin antennae. That's the biggest change. There are a few other subtle changes that i'm sure people will chime in with, but the differences are subtle.

So, lesson #1, don't listen to Buds.

the '07 IS350's come with a VDIM off switch. basically its the trac/off button with more functionality, as i understand it. either way, its a huge addition. the shark fun for satellite radio is also new, the X package is new for the '07, and the gauge cluster is different, something about the light indicator and high-beams indicator not being aligned evenly (non-symmetrical). i also believe the '07 was a 70/30 japan/other car while the 06 was just japan. what the hell that means or how it is relevant i don't know, might not even be accurate. since its a useless statistic to worry about, no worry being accurate i guess.

Another difference- according to R&T, about 1.1 second off your 0-60

the 07 250 comes with HID almost standard, such as most 250 came with dealer 18" upgrade rims. 07 with the Shark fin,Satellite radio, and i believe its
95%japan parts and 5%american parts and i think it was assembled here not like the 06 which is stright from japan

No IS is made here. They're all built in Japan with a slight international parts content.

No performance difference between the '06 and '07 models. The original R&T test was performed on a pre-launch test car in scorching heat. Car and Driver's test, which adjusts for conditions, timed the '06 0.9 seconds faster than R&T.
