Default Wind Deflector, Windstop, Wind screen

Hello

I am looking for some feedback in regards to a Wind Deflector, Wind Stop, Wind Screen for a Lexus SC 430. My company Love the Drive makes wind deflectors for a number of convertibles. I have received a number of requests for a Lexus SC430 product and want to make sure there wind blow back is a big problem when the top is down

So I am interested in your feedback as to how windy it is inside you car with the top down. Do you know what wind deflectors are. What do you think they do. What do you think they should cost

Also if there is a SC430 owner in the Vancouver, BC or Seattle Washington area who would be interested in letting me test a Demo model in their car I can offer them a free wind deflector

Thank you

Dan Fawcett, Driver

I don't find it windy at all inside the SC430 with the top down. This is my second one and I've gone at least 90 mph with the top down. I don't really see the need for it.

I personally don’t mind the wind, but my girl really feels it’s too windy and is always complaining about her hair lol. If you get the product straight I would love to see some pics.

I am looking for a good wind deflector for quite a while for the SC430. There is no good one available. It is too windy in the car for my liking.
I live in San Diego, if you want to ship I would love to try your wind deflector. I can even pay for the shipping. Sen me an email @

only on occasion do I feel as tho there is too much wind in the cabin, and it usually is in the tunnel between the seats. this area usually experiences the most turbulence on high speed runs and windy days. I would be interested in seeing what your company comes up with.... as long as it can keep the clean lines of our cars and not look out of place

umm.. I think I have posted this a few times.

The 06+ SC430 in Japan has a new version of wind deflector that is 50% bigger in height than the pre-06 one.

Another great find by Talwang!

Has anyone in the states actually tried this JDM deflector yet? I personally don't find the wind bothersome as the driver, but I have had a few passengers comment on it....

The back of the headrest covers come off & expose the mount bolts holding the wind deflector. I have removed them along with the complete rear seat (spring cleaning)

The only time I find the wind bothersome is on cool nights. And then only on back of my neck on the right side gets cold from the wind coming up between the seats.

There's a member here that is using this deflector; if you do a search you'll find the lengthy thread that discusses the installation and the +/- of this product. If I remember correctly, it works well, but it doesn't allow for the front seatbacks to be set at their maximum rake.

I drive on the highway at high speeds w/the top down all the time and have never felt the need for a deflector. The only time wind bothers me is if I have to be on the cellphone; the buffeting noise makes it all but impossible to carry on a conversation. My hair never gets messed up, regardless of the speed; most probs because I'm balder than a bowling ball
