so the conversion progress takes a long time since I still don't have a chance to visit Japan yet. In any event, I had some opportunities to pick up couple items without traveling oversea. More to come for sure~~~ and hopefully i can do other major overhaul before the big meet....

Very nice.

I bet a lot of ppl here don't understand why you want to put soarer emblems on your car.
Those emblems don't come cheap, man.
That airbag module alone must cost you a fortune since you can't just get the emblem separately.

Are those Griffin emblems made of solid metal like the front grill one, too?
The Lexus emblem on the front grill is plastic and feels cheap compared to the Griffin one.

that's tight. very exotic.

It's kind of ironic that prior to Japan's intro of the Lexus model line, the American mod market was and still has an uprising for the similar products that Japan has.

The overall culture of the Asian-Pacific realm likes and imitates that of the Western culture (American) such as Levi's, pop music, clothing, etc.

We like what they have and they like what we have.

The airbag came from me. I sold it to him at cost. I used it for about a year and decided to sell it since Mark "reserved" it.

The griffin emblems on the airbag and the back board are plastic. I sold my black back board to another member here and sold my door sills and trunk sill to a different member.

Believe it or not, the Soarer back board is HECK of a lot cheaper than the Lexus ones. Trust me, I priced out everything and all I have to say is that I am fortunate to had kept my Lexus stuff.

I see.

No wonder the Soarer back boards were going for like $60 something on Yahoo Japan. I almost bought them tho.haha
I sold my Griffin emblem set a while ago because I had found some kid tried to rip the front Griffin embelm off my front grill.

Luckily I had taken a few pics while the griffin emblem was on my car.

Oh man! You mean your front emblem is gone??? I had flown 6,600 miles to deliver it to you!

Sorry about the emblem.
