Default What's normal mileage for pad replacement?

I know everyone drives differently but what is the "average" mileage for front pad replacement and rear pad replacement?

Hmmm, you are correct in stating that it is dependant for each driver considering the various driving habits but I would think 25k would be ok. Performance pads generally last me around 10k.

Thanks for the insight. I'm normally easy on brakes, but my SC had 11K miles on it when I bought it and I don't know what kind of braker the previous owner was. Sounds like 25K will be a good time to take a real close look at all of the pads. I don't like to have rotors turned unless they are warped. Normally want to change the pads a little before they are ready so no rotor damage occurs.
