Anyone see any cool paint on SC430? Please post pics!

 

No, I have not yet seen any "cool" paint jobs on an SC.

And I have seen the pics posted above.

 

....... ok....... at most i guess i will give points for creativity... that's about it

 

It makes the SC as classy as a Miata...

 

"Creativity" and "cool" both imply, or should imply, some success at achieving your artistic goal.

I'll be the first to admit that there is no accounting for taste, the most subjective of standards, but I would put this "effort" falls into several "waste" categories: waste of time, waste of paint, waste of a nice SC, waste of film, waste of bandwidth . . .

On the other hand, somebody likes it, I guess --

. . . . unless he just lost a bet.

 

I haven't; just factory colors.
But those pictures would be my definition of 'uncool', but no offense to those who like it. Later.

Here's an old photo of my hood. Paint scheme is basically stock except for the clear coated carbon fiber center.

 

that is nice, and i really like the idea about having clear coat on the cf!
