CD skips alot, does yours?

CD skips alot, does yours?
I"ve noticed that the CD player skips quite a bit and it isn't the CD doing it. Thought it might be the run-flat tires and road, but it does this sitting still too! Anyone else having this problem?
Well, I can only comment on mine. No skipping with aftermarket suspension and 19's.
Once is a great while it will not read a cd-r but changing to another CD and back fixes it.
