Does anybody know if Lexus changed the air intake system from 2003 to 2004?
I'm trying to install an Injen intake but the installion instructions are referring to parts I don't seem to have. I checked the Injen model and it's for a 2003 SC430. That made me think that maybe the 04 set up could be different or I just don't know what I'm looking at, which could be very possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The stock air box seems to have more hoses going in and out of it than the Ingen kit has. It also delivers air to 2 places, the intake system, and a small rectangular box that sits on top of the engine. The Ingen just connects to the intake system and has no provision for the rectangular box that sits on top of the engine. Now it’s possible that the Injen directions assume that component is part of the stock air box, and they tell you to remove the stock air box. The problem is there are a couple of hoses going into that box that the directions don’t refer to and they keep on talking about a OBC canister that is supposed to mount on the inside fender that I’ve not found yet either. So that’s pretty much where I am with this thing.
