Cold Air Intake
weapon R has that cold air box. thats probably the closest you can get on buying a cold air intake. a lot of people here modified their stock air box by attaching a tube from the box to the front of the bumper.
I agree with Zombie. Best commerically available one is the Weapon-R intake (Secret Intake) with their cold air box.
Both TunedRX300 and myself have made the custom air intakes that Zombie is referring to. TunedRX300 actually incorporates the OEM airbox in his design where mine is eliminated and along with the air filter. Gobs of power, but a lot of risk in my design.

autozone has the parts that you can make your own air intake system. they even have the adaptor for the maf sensor. i was gonna make one, but im happy with my weapon r pipe and ghetto rigged "ram air" intake.
It's tough to say. I would think definitely more than 10 hp. It does make a big difference at the track as I notice the faster times on colder days whereas other vehicles will not go any faster and ramming in that cooler air pushed me twice under 17.9 at my altitude last weekend.
