Bluetooth Adapter Installation Causing Electrical Problems

I had that camera professionally installed almost a year ago. I'm assuming that piece is how they routed the hard wiring. Can someone confirm in the fuse box under their glove box has that absent. If so, this might be where a lot of the frustration is coming from. And no, the camera has had zero issues along with the radio unit/ac control unit.
The long fuse box under the hood all tested fine with the fuse tester
