Decelerates while driving. It happens when I'm trying to maintain a speed when all of a sudden it feels like I abruptly take my foot off the gas. To give a little background, I let my son borrow my car and he hit a pothole where both rims on the driver's side were slightly bent.
Are there any vacuum lines or connections that I could check before calling the Lexus dealership?

Wow, this could be anything! Since the wheels were damaged, I would take a look at the wheel speed sensors. They could be knocked out of alignment or damaged. No matter what the cause, a drop in acceleration like this should be generating a check engine light and stored codes in the OBD system, no?
after driving, stick your hands near each rim and see if one is significantly hotter. My guess is a sticking brake caliper. The dragging brake pad should be hotter than the rest of the brake pads and there may even be a burning smell associated with it

1. Get in your car and insert key. (It doesn't matter if you close the door or not.)
2. Turn the key to the on (not start) position.
3. Press the gas pedal to the floor.
4. Hold the pedal to the floor for five seconds, then turn the key back to the "off" position
(don't remove the key), then release the gas pedal.
5. Wait 15 seconds.
6. Remove key.
7. Reinsert key and go drive. See if it makes a difference
