Default Random question about button lighting

I know this is a strange ask, but are the AFS and trunk/gas release buttons supposed to be illuminated at night? Mine are not and I'm wondering if that's an issue or intended functionality.

I have a 2006 for reference.

same.

After some deep digging, I saw Retroplay and/or ShawnOK and a few others dissected everything many many years ago.

I learned that my ignition ring should light up and hasn't since I've owned it. My seatbelt lights are so dim i forgot they existed, as well as the radio cover button. I'm going to get LEDs for these last few bulbs I missed in the beginning.

I saw on a post from years ago that someone mentioned the 07 Pebble Beach had white lights in the seatbelt buckles instead of green. Can anyone verify or take a pic of this? Is it LED? because my green ones are clearly not. I saw you can take the covers off easily, but not get at the bulbs easily, so I'd track down a pair of PB ones and swap the exteriors if its LED white.

EDIT: So the 07+ models have a different seat belt buckle part.

LH: 73230-24250

Another fun fact, the "VSC OFF" button on the 07+ appears as a traction control icon instead of letters.
What is different about them, I don't know. Maybe someone here with a 07+ can take a pic at night with the nights on.

07+ VSC OFF Button: 84986-24010

Pics of both attached.

I hardly ever drive mine at night, no reason, just don't. I did notice my seat belt lights were so dim as to not really do anything. Not really looked at the rest of this stuff.

I can confirm the 07+ seatbelt buckles have LEDs. Not sure of the color, can’t find a diagram for the 6 pin connector to test.

also, the plastic housings are a little different and likely not swappable without replacing the whole part.
