Default TAIL LIGHT bulb

I replaced a rear tail light bulb and how do you get the dash warning light to go away? Is there a series of buttons I need to press?

Should go away just with the new bulb. If you went LED it won't be going away though.

I left mine on. I'd rather have the better lights. They do make parts that create a load that the LED light doesn't draw and that will turn the dash light out.

The LEDs are better, you are right! Hmmm maybe I will just leave them as well.

What about the fog lights? Do you just pop light out from behind the bumper? I cant find any video's on how to change. I want white bulbs vs yellow.

The other possible option is replacing the trunk fuse box with one from a 2006+ vehicle. This definitely works when replacing the tail light housings to the newer LED versions but not sure about just LED bulbs in the old housing. The part number needs to be 82670-24093 or 82670-24094. Dealer price on the part is crazy but I was able to find one after doing my tail light housing upgrade on eBay about a year ago for less than $50. You just need to find someone parting out a 2006+ car that doesn’t realize the newer fuse box has more value. Note that most listed are the older revision.

Assuming 2002-2005 model, black tape will fix it. You'll need to open the cluster instrument and stick it there (not on the clear plastic cover) and while you are there, upgrade the white LEDs to make the whole unit brighter.
People who did the 2006+ tail light (LED) upgrade probably did this trick instead of buying the controller for the taillight.
