From my 1998 SC300.
Green and orange wires have been tapped if you want to use your volume button as a momentary switch. I no longer had the factory radio in my car so I used the volume button as a switch.
If you still have factory radio in your car, you can still use the volume ****/ button as it is. The blue clips are removable.
