My Lexus 2007 RX350 AWD is missing the volume control ****, the shaft on the radio has a small round black piece of plastic on it and the **** pushes down onto it. On the inside of the correct **** it must say ABS 2, I can't find this **** any place. The dealer says in order to replace the volume control **** I need to buy a complete radio replacement? Does anybody know how I can purchase this volume control ****? It shouldn't cost very much,just can't find it.

Suggest you visit your local auto salvage yard. That's your best bet. Try fleabay as well.

It is very unlikely you will find this item except at a salvage yard. Another option is checking with a shop that installs automobile radios and stereo equipment. They may have something similar or could fabricate the ****.
Lead Lap
Try the big box auto parts stores (advance, autozone, etc...) for a generic replacement until you can find the proper replacement, if it is that important to have OEM part. I bet they have something that would work.
