Hey guys, I've been away the past few days. The last two I sent out were to Ken and Paul. I logged into Paypal today and received payment from Marilynn and Michael. I don't know who these people are as far as CL members, but I don't have any more sidemarker covers. I will have these two made tomorrow. Las VegasGS, I want to make sure you have an SC before I include yours in the batch because GS sidemarkers are larger than the SC sidemarkers.

Okay, every order has been shipped out thusfar. LVGS, I'm still waiting for your paypal/mailing addy.

One more thing: I'm such an idiot, I walked into TAP today for the 20th time and just now noticed that they also fabricate out of smoked polycarbonate and frosted vinyl variations. The smoked polycarbonate comes in the same 1/16th inch thickness as these clears, but the frosted vinyl only comes in 1/8th inch thickness. I think the smoked will look great on black, carbon, and other dark coupes. There are two degrees of tint with the smoking, it's hard to explain, best illustrated with a photo (which I am working on). The lighter smoke will probably look good on all our cars. The frosted lenses would look very nice on white coupes. They also have patterned vinyls, but none of them look tasteful for a sidemarker, imo.

 

hmmm...maybe ill take a set of smoked and frosted lenses too...just to change it up every now and then

damn i just bought the clears..but i want the smoked..let me know if you do them and ill also get a set!

 

I kind of screwed up one of my sidemarker's housing while i was converting them. Long story how, but does anyone have an extra sidemarker they would be willing to sell, i looked on the marketplace forum and dont see anyone selling it, and the dealer wants 37 bucks for 1 sidemarker.

 

I should have a set in a week or two up for grabs when my clear sidemarkers come in how about $20 shipped for the pair? thanks , joseph

Well if enough people want frosted or smoked lenses, weigh in here. I might just have another batch done just to see how it looks. When I get my hands on a digicam, I'll slap up some pics up of the materials. I'm sure some of you will be down... I already have a few PMs about them.
