Default Washer fluid level sensor grommet leaking.

My 95 Sc300 washer fluid reservoir is leaking and I realized it was coming from the outside of the grommet for the level sensor. The grommet did seem a little dry and brittle. I researched and from what I found that grommet isn’t sold separately and the sensor is discontinued.

I ended up buying a used tank with the sensor and pump and sure enough that one leaks in the exact same place..

Does anyone know of a grommet that will fit or what I can use (aquarium sealer, epoxy, rtv, silicone etc) to seal between the rubber grommet and the plastic tank?

Id like to use the factory tank and ideally have the sensor still work.

What does the sensor look like under that original grommet? Will an O-ring stay in place?
