Default Can I get these studs for the bumper separately?

I got a good deal on a 97 bumper but later realized it doesn’t have the 2 threaded posts on each side that go in right under the fender (pic below). Is this something I can buy or am I going to have to epoxy some bolts there or something?

Find some used in good condition that arent rusted to hell. "bumper to fender bracket". I dont think year matters.

Yeah, I'm thinking you can reuse the ones from your current bumper, as they should align the same with the fenders.
