Default Nicked my bumper.

I was going up my friends driveway, not realizing i was going up a curb, i heard my bumper scratching against the pavement and i reversed immedatly, when i checked my bumper to look at the damage, the front right side of is totally damaged and i noticed the hinge holding the bumper was split.

Any suggestions?
Yes i know i should have checked before i went up, but these accidents happen.

That looks reparable. Take it to a GOOD body shop.

Bumper tab is still intact. Are you sure you even had a bolt/nut attached to the bumper tab holding the bumper against the fender? Push the bumper back against the car and find a bolt/nut to attach the bumper tab back to the fender. Done!

I know the feeling! Was worse for mine cause I have a lip and lowered. It seems to be common in these cars. I got a new bumper cover cause all my tabs broke. My driveway is no joke for lowered cars. If the tabs are all ripped then new cover is recommended, unless someone has a good solution? I've heard about relocating the tabs but if they're all broken I believe a new cover might be the only fix?

how damaged is it? you might be able to drill a screw through it and connect your bumper that way. a lot of people shave their bumper tab down to make clearance for their wheels so if there is a good portion of the half left, you should be able to still use it!

Nah just remove the screw from the fender and push it back in. This screw has a washer and will hold the split tab.

IMO the bumper cover can be repaired and refinished as I stated above.

yeah, this should be fine. look at this fix that people use for relocating their bumper tab:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ml#post5199461

basically cut everything in the red off and put your screw through the green circle.

I got most of the bumper fixed, but going to go to a body shop later on and get it replaced.

I would hit that bumper tab with a plastic welder to make it whole again.

That was totally repairable but now you ruined it + fender liner with those screws.
