Found time to get the figs track spec uca in. Install was easy, alignment took minimal time to dial in and we were able to get -3.7 of camber up front now as opposed to -2.4 before with the factory arms. Lateral grip was day and night difference. On 10/16 I'll will be at Sonoma Raceway testing the new setup. It has not seen track day since rear diff install, front splitter rod and figs UCA. It will be interesting to get a driving impression.

TE37 SL look so good

Sonoma Raceway footages and photos are up, ran a personal best of 2:04.4 seconds. Not bad for first time at that track but definitely plenty of room for improvement. I felt that certain sections I lifted off too soon because I was playing it safe trying to avoid running into the walls and Front rotors were warped after the event but all worth it!

driving impression, I must say that the tractionconcepts lsd conversion definitely helped with the additional grip for accelerating out of the corners. One Flaw however, lock up is not 100% consistent. Again it's a new product for the sc platform and it's an affordable setup for a little bit of improvement but i do not believe it will out perform a true clutch type lsd. Wanted to share and touch base with those who are looking for alternatives.

As for the the 3.92 ratio, the pickup helped a whole lot paired to the a650e. The 3.92 swap is definitely an improvement alone for a650e equipped gearboxes.

Here's my fastest lap of the day @ 2:04.4

I ran a consistent 2:04 on other sessions but with a highest trap speed of 108mph but they were .1 seconds slower for time

Super awesome videos dude! Looks like rear end traction is an issue at corner exit. Lots of oversteer huh? I wonder if you feel it’s that way driving it or it just seems that way watching it?

not much of an issue as being one legged before. At least with the oversteer it's fun and manageable. It slides a bit but it is definitely much faster coming out of the corners because of that vs one-wheel peel. The car is much more fun to drive

No question a LSD makes things much better! If you’re trying to set records, may need to increase that rear grip!

It amazes me too how well the transmission seems to perform for you. Any thoughts to change the setup?

Keep sharing dude! Awesome stuff!

I'd like to get the cd009 in there after i smog it. Manual is the ultimate goal, with that the 3.26 will go back in and it will be equipped with a true lsd (1.5way from os giken) reason i haven't started yet is because i wanted to do a few more track days and also hoping i can get a good deal on black friday in November lol! I also got into 4wheeling so now I'm wasting money and time on another rig.

Truly an enjoyable thread as it combines some of my favorite things...circuit driving and weight reduction! Thanks for making time to document all your modifications and impressions so well. I look forward to your updates!

Fisch Racing bell housing kit came in. I have to say, quality is top notch! Time to start shopping for manual pedal assembly. Super stoked about doing the six speed swap on the 98 sc400.

Serialnine is also one of the best in the game
