SC400 Lean and Rich

SC400 Lean and Rich
Hello everyone,
I have a 92' Sc400 that's completely stock, periodically when I drive I get a check engine light that comes on and off. I was finally able to read the code one day and it gave the the code for lean and the code for rich at the same time. I was kinda puzzled by this and didn't really don't know where to start.
Also I just had the ECU rebuilt for other reasons outside of this and it did it before and after.
If anyone had a solution and where I should start please let me know.
