Default Fuel pump help

My fiance was driving my car and it stopped running. She said my 2008 GS350 lost all power but continued to keep running. She pulled over and called me. By the time I got there, the car was no longer running. I tried to restart it but it wouldn't start. I trouble shot it and figured out the fuel pump was bad. I have voltage to the pump but not 12v and my battery is fully charged. Is there anything that could be preventing my fuel pump from working?

How much voltage are you getting to the low pressure pump? remember it will only get 12v for a few seconds while the key is on to prime the lines until the car starts. If you get 12v and can't hear the pump than its the pump. Also try checking voltage while cranking the engine. could be a bad relay also located in the engine compartment

When you see lost all power, do you mean battery wise? Is your battery empty?

At the fuel pump you wouldnt see 12v just a little less for the loss of running through thin wiring. There is a common issue on certain GS's that the fuel pressure sensor goes bad, that could possibly not signal to turn on the fuel pump
