Well, if you know it's getting spark, that leaves just the fuel. If you pump the gas pedal while cranking it over, can you smell gas anywhere, like at the tailpipe?

OK, getting spark and fuel- if it's occasionally catching on a cylinder or two but stumbling on itself, I would suspect a timing issue. Other than not actually starting, does it crank over at a continuous steady speed?

Try disconnecting the battery for about a minute and reconnect it. See if that helps.

^^^^^ what Tallyhoe said... Also, is the key you're using a factory "master"? I've heard some aftermarket keys can cause these problems.

I Have An Aftermarket Key ,Nd When I Turn it Over The Ignition Gets Stuck As Well And Won’t Turn Back To The Off Position Unless I Disconnect The Battery .Maybe That Could Be It ?

I'm afraid I'm personally gonna have to "tap-out" at this point, as there seems to be maybe a couple things going on- I dunno, but Good Luck to you Sir...

is the fuel from 3 years ago? if so then the gas is bad and thats why it wont start.
it sounds like the ignition is jerry rigged or something is off. You should be able to turn the key freely on and off any time
Look into a new lock cylinder and some good gas is my quick guess
