Cool pics

Well, I missed the photo entries (but the current SC pic would've won anyway) so here's a shot of my car. As you can tell, I'm still enamored with this thing. Going on week 4 of ownership I think...

you may change your mind when you finally find out what it's like to own chrome ten spokes. they are notorious for the chrome peeling, especially on the inside of the wheel, thereby allowing air to escape and the tire to lose pressure gradually.

the only fix is to have the tire store remove the tire and you dremel the inside lip back smooth then they seal it with a black silicone based sealer. it is VERY common on the ten spokes.

?!?!?

Does this happen to aftermarket chrome rims as well? I love my G-Zeros (even though ervery guy under the sun has them) but I have noticed the chrome is peeling slightly and my tyre pressures are dropping... ???

Sounds like it's time for the dremel and some sealant. you aren't going to like what it looks like when you get in there.

P.S.- for anyone else..... any form of sealant such as "fix a flat" will immediately chip and peel chrome off the inside of the wheel.
