Is there a way I can test my starter without opening up the manifold? I have been having a short somewhere in my fuse box I can usually move it a certain way and the car will start but now it won't start at all the starter was replaced 2 years ago and I don't think that it is the problem but I don't want to have to take it all out to just to find out that it's not the problem.
