Default different starter sounds

So I have my 95 sc400. And I want to buy another 95. When mine starts up it has a strong, higher pitch sound. This one sounds low and weak sounding. More like starting a truck.
Any ideas

It's either that or the distributor.

Could be as simple as corroded battery terminals. Start with that and then check the wires. Those are cheap easy fixes to try first.
