So I recently done two small projects on my SC4 which was rotor replacement and replacing my radiator and cooling hoses. I have a list of several things I would like to finish by sometime next year but I'm unsure of what is to do first relation to importance and price. I'll post the list down below.
If anyone can give some advice much would be appreciated, I'm willing to learn as much as I can and hopefully do most of these myself. Let me know what you think!

-timing belt, -tires, (steering?) rack - whats wrong with it?, transmission line? also whats wrong with it? << should be top priorities

light? a bulb? a headlight? what?

then everything else is cosmetic.

Do important maintainence and mechanics before spending a bunch of money making everything pretty.

if you have the money for all these parts, you can do a lot of it simultaneously.

Sorry for being unclear, the light aka the headlight, (it still works) its cracked / open along with the front fender.

Also I took it to a Midas when I bought the car and they listed a couple thing that was wrong with it, rack leaking (steering rack?) I'm not entirely sure yet. As for the transmission line I'm not too entirely sure. I plan on going to a Midas again and have them show me throughly what the problems are, so I can get an understanding of what and why etc

One thing I'm sure of is my PS fluid reservoir keeps dropping every three days and it's on the engine cover on the DS, so I'm not sure if that has to do with the racks, or trans line.. I feel so slow

Heres a pic:

sounds like you need a good reliable shop to inspect your car first. not a Midas. do some googling around, and make a few phone calls and ask them how much for an inspection and name your issues specifically and see which shop gives you best vibes. Without being able to troubleshoot yourself, you're really just shooting in the dark. and I really wouldn't trust a chain joint like Midas to do an honest or thorough inspection. No offense to anyone who may work at one..

Is your car actively leaking any fluid? do you get pools underneath when parked? if so, it should be fairly easy to track down with a quick visual inspection but you have to know what you're looking at/for.

Sorry, it's hard to help with such a vague idea of whats going on with your car. Like I said, if you don't trust yourself to do it, you're gonna have to pay a reputable shop to give her a good looking at (probably to the tune of 100$) and then go from there as to whether or not you want to do the repairs yourself.

Yea it actually is, but it's more pooling inside the bottom engine cover/protector, I'm wondering if I should go down there with some BC and figure out where if I clean it up enough. I think it's not more of do I trust myself, but can I trust where I'm learning how to do these certain projects. Well I'm gonna browse the net

well, that far to the front end is more than likely coolant/radiator related
