Distributor timing

Default Distributor timing

Does anyone here have a picture or diagram of how the distributor should be set when timing from TDC? My engine is at TDC and I need to put my distributor back in but I want to make sure it will be correct and accurate. Thanks in advance.

here are some diagrams, you will need a timing light.
