Service was good, and key is better than stock.

That looks similar to my OEM key on my 02 LS430. What year is year is your SC?

Gotcha, on my 98 key it's not red and its the trunk release button, so I was curious what it was in this case.

No info on the product. How can a business exist in 2017 without having a website with all the details of products and services?

Seems like it's a small mom and pop shop and they just go on word of mouth. They've been around since the early 2000's doing electronics repair.
