Arrow SRT HF intake installed

Here痴 a peek of my SRT HF intake installed on my 99 SC400. I知 writing a how to tutorial for 98+ SC 400 with lots of pictures. As soon as I知 done I値l post it or have a moderator do it for me. Not sure how because of the size.

Greg,

Looks great!

What are your impressions? I am certain it sounds MUCH better. Power is up also I am sure.

I like the longer radius inlet to the throttle body. I do not have nearly as much room on my LS400.

Did you make a cold air inlet like Peter Scott at Planet Soarer? If not, that is recommended to flood cold air to your airbox.

Are you going to get it dyno'd?

You definitely need the exhaust upgraded!

John,
You sure are right about the exhaust and I will ASAP. There is defiantly more power through out the whole range. I made the cold air box you see in the pic but still have more to do. As far a dyno-ing goes probably not until I get the exhaust sorted out. The $50 they want isn稚 worth it to me but after the exhaust it might be interesting to see.

What amazes me is how much different the newer V8s look compared to my 92 V8!
