Default Rear brake rotors

Hey guys i recently bought a 1996 lexus sc400 and the rear brake rotors have significant rust on them so i need to replace them. Anyway the previous owner bought them but the mechanic said they didn't fit, and i need 11.5" rotors for the rear and those were 12" but when i look at rotors on parts websites they all say that the rotors are 12" exact fit for the car. Is 11.5" an exact fit? i couldn't find anything online and i dont have an owners manual

11.5" i think is the SC300 rotor, so the 12" should fit. just because rotors are rusty doesn't mean they're bad. take em to oreillys and if they're in spec you can get them resurfaced for $15 per rotor. but if you already have rotors just install them yourself, there's only 2 bolts holding the caliper on. take the caliper off, hit rotor with a rubber mallet cz it will be stuck on the hub, once it's off, slide new one on, and put the caliper back on.
